At Ter’aVerte Fund Management, sustainability is more than a principle. It’s part of our purpose. As a firm rooted in Mauritius, we are deeply aware of our responsibility to protect the natural heritage that surrounds us.
That’s why we dedicate a portion of our management fees to support two critical conservation efforts:
• The Mauritian Kestrel, once the rarest bird in the world and a powerful symbol of recovery and resilience on the island.
• The Leatherback Turtle, a keystone marine species whose protection helps safeguard broader ocean ecosystems.
By supporting these initiatives, we aim to ensure that our impact extends beyond the financial markets, contributing meaningfully to the preservation of biodiversity both on land and at sea.

Leatherback Oriental Fund
The Leatherback Oriental Fund is a worldwide portfolio that aims to deliver a moderate to high long-term total return through global investments and outperform the benchmark * on a risk-adjusted basis.
Consisting of a range of instruments and securities, the Oriental fund aims to provide managed access to ethical market interest in the oriental markets.
Kestrel Sectorflex Fund
The Kestrel Sectorflex Fund is a worldwide portfolio that aims to deliver a moderate to high long-term total return. In order to achieve its objective, the investments portfolio may include a combination Of Assets in Liquid Form, Money Market Instruments, Interest Bearing Securities, Bonds, Debentures, Corporate Debt, Equity Securities, Property Securities, Preference Shares, Convertible Equities and Non-Equity Securities.
